It works now!

There are two ways to submit an entry to the O'Brian Index:

First, you can send a file that holds a bunch of entries generated in such applications as Excel, Word, Lotus, etc. We have given our data file a specific format (subject to improvement, of course). If you are so inclined to put your data into this format before sending it, you will be saving us some large amount of work. But if you have already completed a large number of entries in a different format, send them along anyway; this is a labor of love after all.

That format is a colon delimited ascii text flat file with the following fields:
Contributor:Book Number:Chapter Number:Page Number:Type:Key:Notes:Link

Entry Types:
1: Person 2: Ship 3: Music 4: Food 5: Animal 6: Place 0: Other
